K\u00f6rper\u00fcbungen stehen also im Vordergrund, andere Yoga-Wege (zum Beispiel Atem\u00fcbungen oder Meditation) werden im Unterricht ebenfalls integriert.<\/p><p>Auf eine sanfte Art und Weise unterst\u00fctze ich Menschen den Kontakt zu sich selbst und eigenen K\u00f6rper wieder herzustellen, den K\u00f6rper zu sp\u00fcren und den Geist zu beruhigen.<\/p><p>Im Unterricht lege ich gro\u00dfen Wert darauf, den Teilnehmern Werkzeuge an die Hand zu geben, die Sie selbst immer wieder nutzen k\u00f6nnen.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p><cite>Magdalena<\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Magdalena Maa\u00df<\/strong> ist Pflegefachkraft f\u00fcr Palliativ Care;
